This role involves supporting food manufacturing operations by preparing materials, rotating between production line positions, packing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Successful candidates are team-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production setting. Responsibilities Prepare workstations and materials for production. Rotate between production line positions as needed. Open and dump ingredient bags into production equipment. Fill nesting trays and carton magazines. Assemble cases and prepare packaging materials. Hand-place products onto the production line. Pack finished products into cases and prepare them for shipment. Stack finished cases onto pallets. Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift. Attend daily pre-shift and safety meetings. Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. At least 6 months of production, manufacturing, warehouse, or related experience is preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
