Apartment Groundskeeper

Van Buren Village Apartments is a beautifully maintained 41‑acre community in Southeast Kettering, and we’re hiring a Full‑Time Groundskeeper to help keep our property clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. This role is more cleaning and upkeep than landscaping — perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things neat, organized, and looking their best.
