Punch Press Operator Job Summary The Punch Press Operator is responsible for setting up and operating punch press machines to produce metal components that meet quality and production standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate punch press machines according to job specifications Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment for accurate production Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions or issues Maintain production records, including counts and scrap reporting Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and machine guarding Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards Work closely with team leads and supervisors to meet production goals For Shift availability or further information regarding this position, please contact PLI Staffing View phone number on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr PLI Staffing
