Throughout the day, you'll troubleshoot maintenance concerns, complete repairs, and ensure residents receive responsive, professional service that helps them feel comfortable in their homes. You'll also prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing unit turns, performing repairs, and ensuring every home is ready for move-in day. As you conduct routine inspections throughout the property, you'll help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of both interior and exterior spaces while staying in close communication with site management regarding maintenance needs.
