Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, professional assistance throughout their visit. Answer questions, respond to guest requests, and provide accurate information in a timely manner. Handle reservations, service inquiries, payment processing, and related administrative tasks. Resolve guest concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach. Maintain a welcoming environment while supporting daily hospitality operations and team goals. Communicate clearly with coworkers and leadership to ensure a smooth guest experience. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $18 to $24 per hour. Job type: Temp-to-hire. Location: Santa Barbara, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills Support guest services, reservations, inquiries, and front-facing customer interactions. Process payments and assist with guest requests accurately and professionally. Resolve concerns while maintaining a calm, courteous, and service-oriented approach. Help create a positive guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting. 1 to 2 years of customer service, guest services, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, tourism, or related experience. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Positive, professional, and friendly attitude with a genuine interest in helping others. Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and dependable during busy periods. Comfortable handling guest questions, requests, and concerns with patience and professionalism. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with coworkers and leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, tourism, or guest services. Prior experience handling reservations, guest check-ins, customer inquiries, or payment processing. Ability to thrive in a customer-facing role where creating a welcoming environment is a top priority.
