Work Environment\n

This position is designed as a remote role, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our dedicated team. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. We utilize a variety of digital tools and platforms to facilitate communication, case management, and collaboration among our team members. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members—including psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers—to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide ongoing counseling and support through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Educate and empower clients and their families by offering essential mental health resources, coping strategies, and skills development.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment methodologies and treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay current with mental health practices and improve therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. You will also serve families in crisis, providing them with support and guidance to overcome their difficulties. Your ability to empathize and build rapport will be essential to fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Virginia is necessary for this role.

• Proficient experience in conducting clinical evaluations, treatment planning, and psychotherapy is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
