Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Associate Corporate Counsel, North America Operations Real Estate Category: Jobs Organiser: Amazon Description: Amazon is seeking a strategic, business-minded real estate attorney to support the development, expansion, and management of its North American logistics network. The successful candidate will lead legal strategy on complex commercial real estate transactions, including ground leases, build-to-suit agreements, and purchase and sale contracts. Responsibilities include advising on land use, zoning, and entitlements, as well as managing outside counsel for environmental due diligence and lease negotiations. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) and membership in at least one state bar. A minimum of 3 years of legal experience is required, specifically in real estate law within private practice or an in-house corporate environment.
