Job Description

As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as an important point of contact between Elevare Branding and our clients. You will help ensure that client needs are handled professionally, questions are answered efficiently, and projects and requests move forward smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Respond to client questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with coordinating client projects, requests, and internal follow-ups.
• Communicate client needs clearly to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Track ongoing requests and ensure deadlines and commitments are followed.
• Help identify solutions to client concerns and service-related issues.
• Support the onboarding and ongoing service experience of new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality client experience.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to client accounts.
