What You'll Do:

• Support clinical interventions using evidence-based practices.
• Provide medically necessary rehabilitative treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices.
• Assess patients' progress and collaborate with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding treatment outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records per regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing education.
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of the supervising Physical Therapist.

What You Need:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist Assistant license for Oklahoma.
• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and regulations.
