Administrative Assistant, Intelligent System Experience

Serving as the primary gateway for the engineering team, you will collaborate closely with admin assistants, project managers, and leaders across Apple and external organizations. Your administrative support will be comprehensive and meticulousranging from daily calendar management and travel coordination to expense report submission, event planning, space planning and addressing a wide variety of day-to-day needs. Your ultimate goal: to ensure the leader and team is set up for success at all times. You will provide administrative and calendar support to two directors and their software engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask while working in an innovative, change-oriented environment. You are self-motivated, proactive, team oriented and maintain a strong emphasis on organization with unwavering attention to detail. You exercise good judgment, have great communication skills as you own and complete task/projects independently with minimal direction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Desired 3+ years in a corporate environment supporting leaders.
• Experience managing highly complex calendars, with the ability to foresee and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable communicating with senior executives and their teams.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions
• Excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AA or BS degree preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, with flexibility to adjust priorities on short notice
• Ability to exercise good judgement when exposed to highly confidential information.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships cross-functionally, and work in an environment with global teams in multiple time zones.
• A forward-thinker who takes initiative, can successfully manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously, problem solving and constant drive for process improvement.
• Efficient in Apple hardware and software, especially Calendar, Mail, Keynote, Number and Pages

Pay & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $37.42 and $65.24/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
