Overview Our client is a global alternative investment advisory and asset management firm with over $360 billion in assets under supervision. The platform invests across private equity, private credit, real assets, and hedge funds, with more than 170 dedicated investment professionals globally. The private equity team oversees approximately $115 billion and focuses on primary fund commitments, co‑investments, and secondaries. Responsibilities Support the sourcing and evaluation of GP‑led secondary transactions, primarily on the buy side. Conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative due diligence, including evaluation of GP alignment, asset quality, and transaction structure. Build and maintain detailed financial models including valuation, cash flow projections, and scenario/downside analyses. Collaborate with primary fund and co‑investment teams to leverage GP relationships and evaluate underlying portfolio company fundamentals. Prepare investment memorandums and supporting materials for presentation to the Investment Committee. Monitor secondary market activity, GP‑led transaction trends, and broader private equity market development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance in finance, economics, business, or a related field. 2–6 years of relevant experience in private equity secondaries investing (GP‑led and/or LP‑led transactions) or investment banking. Understanding of the secondary investment lifecycle including sourcing, diligence, valuation, structuring, and execution.
