To strengthen our Germany-wide distributed, independently working Modern Workplace & Microsoft Security team with currently 7 colleagues, we are looking for committed support as soon as possible.

What You Will Achieve With Us

With us, it’s not just about what you can do - but also what you accomplish. In this role, you will contribute to the following points:

• Conception and implementation of individual Microsoft Security solutions - tailored to customer requirements and modern cybersecurity strategies
• Accompaniment of complex IT security projects from analysis to aftercare - including regular customer meetings mainly in southern and western Germany (approx. 1-2 times per month for about three days each time)
• Development and establishment of best practices as well as technical and methodological standards in the Microsoft Security environment
• Close cooperation with Microsoft to evaluate new security technologies, technological trends, and joint developments
• Active shaping and further development of the cybersecurity portfolio with a focus on innovation, customer benefit, and future-proof solutions
• Promotion of knowledge transfer and professional development in the team through coaching, technical reviews, and internal training

• You have several years of professional experience in the field of Microsoft Security, Cybersecurity, or IT Security and bring in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Defender family
• You develop secure IT and cloud security architectures based on analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented skills
• You accompany customer projects confidently - from workshops and consulting meetings to technical implementation - ideally in an enterprise or SME environment
• You work structured , customer-oriented and independently , convince through strong communication skills and actively share your knowledge in the team
• You ideally bring additional knowledge in areas such as GDPR, ISO standards, Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or Citrix as well as relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. SC-100 to SC-400, AZ-500, MS-102, MD-102 or AZ-140)
• You communicate confidently in German - in the team, with customers, and in everyday life
• You live in Germany and are entitled to work here - so we can work together smoothly in everyday life
