Dental Operation Manager

Overview Operations Manager Position: Lead the Operations Behind Exceptional Patient Care Kirkland Dental Partners and Alderwood Family Dentistry are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of two growing dental practices. This leadership role is responsible for supporting providers, developing administrative teams, optimizing schedules, and ensuring both offices operate efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Role Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic functioning. Coordinate with dental professionals to optimize patient scheduling and service delivery. Manage administrative staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and patient-centricity. Implement and refine operational procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications Prior experience in dental industry Management: 3 years office management, or 5 years front office experience. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in Ascend practice management software and basic IT systems. Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written. Strong insurance background. Training & Onboarding This role includes a structured onboarding program during the first 90 days designed to support long-term success. Training may include hands-on mentorship, shadowing experienced Office Managers, and occasional travel to high-performing offices. Flexibility in scheduling during the initial training period is expected to maximize learning and development opportunities.
