Labor and Employment Associate Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in labor and employment law, including advising on wage and hour compliance, handling administrative actions, and assisting with employment litigation and arbitration.
- Prior clerkship is strongly preferred
- Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
