Kelly Services is hiring an Industrial Paint Prep Technician on behalf of an innovative aerospace manufacturing company in Avon, Ohio. This growing organization has servicing the aerospace industry for more than 30 years, specializing in precision manufactured components, assemblies, and kitting solutions.

$20.00 Per Hour

2:15 pm - 10:45 pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Mask parts quickly, accurately, and safely in preparation for painting
• Print masking templates (training provided)
• Load and unload parts from paint booths, drying racks, and related equipment
• Clean and prepare parts before and after the painting process
• Read blueprints, travelers, and work instructions to ensure proper masking
• Inspect finished parts to verify quality standards are met
• Operate paint preparation equipment and assist with related production processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints
• Ability to inspect parts for quality and accuracy
