Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking for individuals to join our operations team as a Maintenance Technician. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. Performs mechanical skills, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, electronic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Must have strong organizational skills to accurately complete and file required reports and documents, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with others. POSITION REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience; strong PLC, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical/electronic, and industrial skills required. The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, and the ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions. Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter. All candidates must have strong communication skills. This role requires a great deal of walking, standing, and using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, material handling and mobile equipment in performing duties. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred. SCHEDULE First shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Some traveling between plants is required.
