What You’ll Be Doing Supervise day-to-day terminal activities, supporting safe, reliable and efficient operations across the site. Drive performance against key operational measures covering safety, quality, productivity and cost. Develop terminal employees through clear expectations, training, coaching and ongoing performance management. Coordinate with logistics, dispatch and sales to resolve operational issues, communicate outages and maintain effective terminal performance. What You’ll Bring Experience within an industrial manufacturing, terminal or process-driven operating environment. Practical knowledge across areas such as production, mechanical maintenance, process or quality. Experience supervising or leading employees, with the ability to develop teams and reinforce strong safety standards.
