Repair and replace engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and other mechanical components. Tune engines for optimal performance and address any electrical malfunctions. Follow safety procedures and guidelines during repairs to ensure safe and effective service. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards for all repair work. Keep detailed records of repairs, parts used, and vehicle service history for future reference. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about repairs and offering advice on maintenance. Qualifications and Experience Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a motorcycle mechanic or in a related field with familiarity in small engine repair. Experience Motorcycle mechanic certification (e.g., from an accredited program). 5+ years of experience in motorcycle mechanics, with advanced troubleshooting skills.
