Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and professional programs in Cincinnati, OH.

The ideal candidate is organized, confident, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will help ensure that every event is professionally organized, runs smoothly, and delivers a positive experience for attendees, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of company events and programs.
• Coordinate event schedules, logistics, materials, vendors, and venue requirements.
• Support event setup, registration, attendee coordination, and on-site operations.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, guests, and event participants.
• Maintain accurate event documentation, schedules, and operational information.
• Help ensure events remain organized, professional, and aligned with company standards.
• Monitor event activities and quickly address scheduling or logistical issues.
• Assist with post-event organization, reporting, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve event processes and attendee experiences.
