About the Position

Compassionate and highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse with experience providing specialized care to premature, critically ill, and medically complex newborns in a fast-paced neonatal intensive care environment. Proficient in neonatal assessment, respiratory support, medication administration, family education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Experienced in monitoring and managing neonatal conditions while ensuring patient safety and promoting optimal outcomes. Dedicated to delivering evidence-based, family-centered care with strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting infants and their families during critical stages of care.

Requirements

Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
CPR certification.
Additional certifications may be required for specified areas.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. (Lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments.) Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
