About the Position

Coworkers in this department specialize in the care of stroke patients and are cross trained to work with a combination of other patient populations. Our Carew nursing team members are honored to be an important part of the Joint Commission’s Certified Primary Stroke Center team, and are encouraged to become NIH or SCRN certified.

Requirements

Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
IN license can be obtained after offer.
CPR certification.
Additional certifications may be required for specified areas.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds. (Lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments.) Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
