What You'll Do:

• Lead patient care utilizing the nursing process within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and facility policies
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment and discharge planning
• Delegate tasks effectively to licensed and ancillary team members
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and hospital standards
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Provide patient and family education to promote understanding and compliance with treatment plans

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• 2+ years of recent medical/surgical inpatient nursing experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the role
