Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Lead in delivering high-quality patient care using nursing processes within regulatory standards
• Assess patient learning needs and implement individualized teaching strategies
• Communicate effectively, delegate tasks, and manage nursing team resources
• Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt communication styles accordingly
• Support unit and departmental goals through professional practices

What You Need:

• Required:
• RN license in Louisiana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital or similar setting
• Proficiency with computers, software, and web applications
• Excellent communication, organization, and judgment skills
• Preferred:
• Certification in a clinical specialty
