Requirements We are looking for Locums OR Locum to perm. We would like the providers to make a decision within 60 days of starting. The salary for this position is $108-$135k. We would like bill rate to reflect this perm rate since providers will be locum to perm. This is a high volume practice with complex patients. The provider must have 3-5 years Hem Onc Experience. 1 full time physician with a second physician who is part time. Fully staffed we have 2 NPs. The NPs to follow a full panel of patients. Lots of coordination of care is needed for patients. On average the NPs see about 10 -12 patients per day. These are not simple cases, most have co-morbidities. Treatment visits and follow ups with some new patient apts. No inpatient rounding. They do rotate call on Saturdays 8am to noon approximately once every 3 months. Coverage Type: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Not on-call for hospital consults. Will have to work until last chemo/biotherapy is completed each day. Setting: Clinic Setting with outpatient infusion suite (16 infusion chairs). Staffed currently with 1 Full-time and 1 Part-time Medical Oncologists.
