• Duration: Ongoing
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (until last chemo/biotherapy is completed each day)
• Hours/week: 40
• Employment Type: Full-time
• License/Certs: APRN/NP License in Louisiana, Medicare/Medicaid Certifications as required
• Experience: 3-5 years Hematology/Oncology experience preferred

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr (pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a full panel of complex Hematology/Oncology patients
• Follow treatment plans, provide follow-up care, and support ongoing patient management
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care involving chemotherapy and biotherapy sessions
• Document patient encounters and participate in care team communication
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and support personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Rotate call on Saturdays approximately once every 3 months (8am-12pm)

What You Need:

Required:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana
• 3-5 years of Hematology/Oncology clinical experience
• Strong patient coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience managing complex patients with co-morbidities
• Knowledge of outpatient infusion services
