Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Perform inpatient rounding and manage post-operative care for cardiovascular surgery patients
• Conduct surgical consults with a team of cardiovascular surgeons and APPs
• Provide emergency room call coverage as part of the team
• Participate in outpatient clinic activities one day per week, handling approximately 15-20 post-op patients
• Assist with procedures such as CABG, thoracotomies, lobectomies, AAA repairs, arterial bypasses, and valve replacements
• Collaborate with a team of 2 surgeons and 3 APPs to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

What You Need

Required:

• Current state licensure (PA or Nurse Practitioner)
• Relevant experience in cardiovascular or thoracic surgery preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience with inpatient surgical rounds and emergency call coverage
