As one of Colorado’s fastest-growing law firms, we are seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Litigation Attorney with 2–3 years of litigation experience to join our expanding downtown Denver office. Position Overview

The ideal candidate is someone who wants long-term employment and the opportunity to develop into a high-level litigator within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Associates at Ragab Law Firm are given significant responsibility and client exposure early in their careers.

This position will involve handling a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conducting legal research and preparing case strategy analyses
• Taking and defending depositions
• Attending hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Managing client communications
• Assisting with trial preparation and trial work

Minimum Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Currently licensed and in good standing to practice law in Colorado
• Minimum of 2–3 years of litigation experience, preferably in business or commercial litigation
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Ability to independently manage assignments and deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities
• Working knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable court procedures
• Desire to grow as a litigator and contribute to a rapidly expanding firm

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience attending hearings or depositions
• Exposure to employment disputes, partnership disputes, breach of contract matters, or business tort litigation
• Trial preparation experience

Compensation

Pay Range: $110,000 – $140,000 annually, plus performance bonus opportunities.
