Salary: USD135000 - USD175000 per year Litigation Associate Our client, a Denver-based civil litigation law firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on increased responsibility and gain meaningful trial exposure. Key Responsibilities Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, and motion practice Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Serve as second chair at trials and evidentiary hearings, with opportunities for expanded courtroom involvement Draft and argue dispositive and pretrial motions Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategy Manage cases efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work product Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience Demonstrated ability to lead depositions independently Second-chair trial experience strongly preferred Excellent legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Colorado bar admission or ability to waive in Our client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, along with hands‑on experience, mentorship, and long‑term growth opportunities within the firm. #J-18808-Ljbffr Adams-
