Remote Director, Merchant Experience & Strategy

DoorDash is seeking a Director, Merchant Experience - Strategy & Operations to lead the support experience for merchants, owning both strategy and execution to create a tech-first, scalable, and seamless service that drives merchant satisfaction, retention and loyalty. You will strategize, experiment, analyze and implement initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance and analytics to help merchants grow their businesses on the platform.
