About the Role AirCo is seeking an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead and grow our plumbing division in the Fort Worth market. This is a leadership role focused on driving performance, developing technicians, and delivering top-tier customer service while scaling a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbers and apprentices Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and job quality Drive revenue growth through performance management and accountability Ensure compliance with all local codes, safety standards, and company policies Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives Monitor KPIs, job profitability, and team productivity Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards Qualifications Proven experience in a plumbing leadership role (Service Manager, Supervisor, or similar) Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial plumbing systems Ability to lead teams, drive performance, and hold accountability Excellent communication and customer service skills Texas plumbing license preferred (Responsible Master Plumber is a plus) What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance incentives Company vehicle or allowance Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Why AirCo?
