Veritas Roofing is a fast-growing, 5-star, family-owned roofing company obsessed with execution excellence. We’re looking for a confident, coachable, detail-driven Production Manager to own the entire production flow—from materials and scheduling to quality control and job close-out.

In this high-impact position, you’ll: catch problems early, enforce premium standards, turn chaos into precision, and take full ownership of every job’s outcome.

Core Ownership Areas:

• Orders and scheduling - Own material orders, sub coordination, and weekly production scheduling
• Scope confirmation - Align sales scopes with flawless execution exactly as promised.
• Drive Quality - Verify completions, upload precise CRM documentation, close jobs with meticulous notes.
• Job Site Management – Supervise crews, run materials, perform attic/roof inspections, maintain spotless sites
• Warranty – Resolve warranties authoritatively using industry best practices—track patterns for ongoing improvement.
• Increase Competencies: Dive deep into roofing installation methods and materials to become a true expert to elevate yourself and Veritas

What You Bring

• Reliable truck + smartphone
• 3+ years full-time professional experience (construction/home services ideal)
• Valid DL, current insurance
• Strong customer service background
• Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish), project management background
