ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2009 and is a team of eight built on strong leadership, integrity, and long-term relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as an HR Director, bringing a people-focused and structured approach to how we lead and support our team.
I hold a Bachelors degree in HR Management and Finance from New Mexico State University and have been married for 24 years with three sons. Im actively involved in my church and mission work in Kenya, where my wife has a school named after her. Ive also served as Board President of the Samaritan Counseling Center.

Chris Wray - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
