Today, I operate two offices: my Legacy office in Midland with six team members, and my second location in Andrews with three team members. Role Description: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lara Sandlin - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information, assist customers with policy changes and updates, process insurance claims and follow up with customers, maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and able to multitask, previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
