Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility while you deliver high-quality mental health services to our clients. Regular business hours will be maintained, with potential evening and weekend work required as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.

• Provide individual and group counseling services employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that align with clients’ goals and support their journey toward growth and healing.
\n
• Advocate for clients’ rights, ensuring they have access to essential resources and services while standing firm on pressing social justice issues.

• Engage in program development and evaluation, analyzing outcomes to enhance service delivery and contribute to grant reporting requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to expand our outreach and service offerings.

• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and community engagement activities to foster a cohesive and informed workforce.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges, including those at the end of life and those dealing with grief and loss within the hospice setting. Working closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, you will guide them through critical emotional and social hurdles, providing them with empowerment tools and a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• In-depth understanding of social justice principles, advocacy strategies, trauma-informed care practices, and available community resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
