WinnMed is seeking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our hospital Med/Surg Team!

Med/Surg RNs are responsible for providing patient care to a variety of hospital patients including infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, with a focus on working with a team of medical professionals to provide exceptional care, this is the opportunity for you. We are searching for RN's who want to work in a team environment, are positive and patient centered, and have a desire to grow and learn in their profession.

RNs coordinate care in collaboration with the patient, family, nurses, peers, physicians, and allied health care providers.
This position includes rotating shifts/ schedules - Primarily overnights,12-hour shifts (7:00a-7:00p/ 7:00p-7:00a), Every 3rd Weekend, and Rotating Holidays.
.6 FTE (48 hours per 2-week pay period).

Shift Premiums:

+ $2.00/hour Weekend Premium
+ $3.00/hour Evening Premium
+ $4.00/hour Overnight Premium

Requirements

Must be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player
Current license to practice as an RN in the state of Iowa
American Heart Association BLS required
American Heart Association ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire
