Manufacturing Technician

Join our team in Katy, TX, as a Manufacturing Technician and play a crucial part in delivering high-quality electro-mechanical assemblies and systems. You'll be hands-on, ensuring products meet exact specifications while working night shifts in a dynamic, onshore shop environment. [Responsibilities]

- Execute technical duties within electronic, mechanical, or systems functional areas
- Perform tests, measurements, and process controls for key cell projects
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair product or process defects
- Read blueprints, identify components, and interpret technical documents (job packets, work orders, wire lists, BOMs)
- Prepare, strip, and crimp wires; conduct harness repair and termination
- Operate, maintain, and program production tools and automated equipment
- Run multiple test and calibration equipment simultaneously
- Apply Manufacturing System principles to drive continuous improvement

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting ability
- Proficient with electric test equipment (meters, power supplies)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Capable of soldering and harness repair
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to work night shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM), including weekends as required

[Preferred Skills]

- IPC 610 certification (a plus, not required)
- Experience with automated machine operation and programming
