Associate Attorney

Georgia Probate Law Group is looking for an experienced attorney to join our team. The attorney in this position will handle estate and trust litigation cases, as well as estate administration matters. As a result, the attorney candidate must have strong litigation experience to be successful. Summary Focus exclusively on practicing law.No business development required to succeed and thrive. We value flexibility and have annual billable hours requirement of 1,550 hours. Our attorneys enjoy the ability to work from home or from the office as much as they would like. Since we work directly for family members of the deceased, the attorney is in a position to make a real impact on real people. That said, the most difficult aspect of our practice is the inevitable emotional ups and downs our clients experience. Client emotions can run high at time, so having the ability to care about the case while emotionally detaching is an important skill for the attorney to have. While experience in fiduciary litigation is a plus, it is not a requirement. We have a training program to help experienced civil litigators learn estate and trust litigation.
