Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Marietta, GA. The firm handles a wide range of criminal and traffic defense cases, offering exciting challenges and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment. The role involves representing clients in various legal matters throughout the Atlanta Metro area. Duties Litigate cases to trial Draft legal motions and correspondence to court staff Work with a team of fellow lawyers and legal assistants Consult with current and potential clients Manage large caseloads and multitask effectively Travel within the state for hearings Requirements Licensed to practice law in GA Criminal law experience preferred Trial experience preferred Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree Certifications BAR certification (Required) Skills Strong litigation skills Ability to work autonomously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Medical, dental, and health insurance Work vehicle provided Cell phone reimbursement Referral and after-hour sales bonuses Flexible schedule Paid time off Employee discount Networking opportunities throughout the state #J-18808-Ljbffr
