Associate Attorney Our firm is seeking a mid-level associate with at least 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate and/or corporate transactional matters to join our growing practice. About the Practice RHPH represents clients in a wide range of sophisticated real estate and business transactions. Our real estate team assists clients through the full life cycle of a project—from acquisition and financing to joint ventures, development, leasing, and disposition. Our corporate team advises clients across diverse industries and provides practical, business‑oriented solutions throughout all stages of a company’s operations. Role Overview The successful candidate will contribute to complex transactional matters with increasing responsibility and direct client interaction. This role offers substantive, hands‑on experience within a collaborative team that values high‑quality work and professional development. Responsibilities Handle a mix of commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, development, and general business matters Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals Provide practical, solutions‑oriented counsel to clients across industries Manage timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities Qualifications At least 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate and/or corporate transactions Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Excellent writing and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple active matters in a fast‑paced environment A proactive, detail‑focused, team‑oriented approach PLEASE, NO RECRUITERS/AGENCIES AT THIS TIME. #J-18808-Ljbffr
