Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to engineering department staffing including forms management, phone support, correspondences, staff meeting minutes, filing, ordering of office supplies, etc.
• Assist the engineering staff through performing data entry functions and preparing reports.
• Will be creating purchase requests for various engineering supplies and equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience using computer with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and E-mail) or standard equivalent
• Some knowledge or background or experience with engineering.
• Verbal and written communication and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
