Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound B2B Sales Manager to lead our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, particularly within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or contact center industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who is outcome-focused, competitive, data-driven, and an exceptional leader.

• Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective outbound sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of outbound sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Client Success: Build strong partnerships with clients, ensuring our contact center aligns with their goals and delivers measurable outcomes. Collaborate closely with clients to optimize sales strategies, improve conversion rates, and drive mutual success.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize data analytics to monitor sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales management, with a proven track record in the BPO or call center/contact center industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
• Strong data analysis skills to assess sales performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Ability to leverage data to guide strategy and improve performance.

Supervisory Duties:

• Team Oversight: Supervise and manage a team of outbound B2B sales representatives, ensuring performance expectations are met or exceeded.
• Coaching & Development: Provide regular coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and sales effectiveness.
• Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reports; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure sales processes align with company standards and compliance guidelines through regular call monitoring and feedback sessions.
• Goal Setting & Accountability: Establish clear performance goals for sales representatives and hold them accountable for achieving results.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in outbound sales workflows and implement improvements to increase productivity and revenue.
• Conflict Resolution: Address team challenges, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive, high-energy work environment.
• Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with senior management to align team goals with overall business objectives and contribute to strategic planning.
• Motivation & Engagement: Foster a competitive, high-performance culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.

Compensation details: 50000-60000 Yearly Salary
