Job Overview Mobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store, are integral to the Retail Team, bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around products and services, and build relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a high‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools, effective communication, and education to showcase the value of T‑Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process, employing solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate T‑Mobile products and services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products and processes; review personal results, promotions and Hub updates to stay Customer Ready. Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers, practice skills, share knowledge, and perform store operations including opening/closing procedures and managing kiosk security. Maintain a customer‑obsessed approach, building rapport, trust, and loyalty. Proactively reach out to potential customers, follow up, capture referrals, manage Be‑Back processes, and perform price overrides for specialty offers within National Retail. Collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up to device support and account servicing. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Passionate customer advocate focused on delivering satisfaction while balancing experience and performance goals. (Required) Team player willing to work with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and resolving customer issues. (Required) Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. (Required) Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required (Yes/No): No DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive hourly training pay and, upon completion, are promoted to Mobile Expert with eligibility for an annual incentive target of $18,000 per year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full‑time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, and are eligible for an annual stock grant.
