Job Overview Mobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. In high‑traffic environments, they engage customers, build relationships, and recommend solutions to meet customer needs. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools, communicating effectively, educating customers, and showcasing the value of T‑Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self‑serve tools when interacting with customers and during the onboarding process; identify customer needs and use solution‑based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile products and services. Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes; review personal results, promotions, and updates on the Hub to remain customer ready. Continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible customer experience. Build customer relationships by being passionate, friendly, and engaging; match the customer pace, build rapport, trust, and loyalty; proactively drive sales activity and follow up with customers to capture referrals and manage back‑order processes. Collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up to device support and account servicing. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Customer‑satisfaction focus: Passionate customer advocate who balances experience with performance goals. Team building: Willing to work with peers and store leaders, share best practices, and resolve issues. Retail sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel No travel required. DOT Regulated No. Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
