Compensation & Benefits

$76,000–$86,000 base salary
Monthly bonus potential up to $1,500

What You'll Do

Lead all aspects of a high-volume café operation
Deliver an exceptional guest experience while building a culture of hospitality
Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team
Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and execution of brand standards
Foster strong community relationships and local engagement
Lead a successful new store opening and establish the location for long-term success

What We're Looking For

3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR , coffee, or fast-casual environment
Previous drive-thru operations experience ( required )
Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Strong financial and operational acumen
New store opening experience is highly preferred
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and developing people
