Training Facilitator

ERP Trainer / Facilitator | Enterprise Technology Implementation Project We're seeking experienced ERP Trainers and Facilitators to support a large-scale enterprise software rollout across multiple locations in Massachusetts and New York. This is an excellent opportunity for training professionals who thrive in classroom environments and enjoy helping employees successfully adopt new technologies during major organizational transformations. Location: New York (New York City Metro, Long Island, Capital & Central New York, Western & Northern New York) (Onsite, Travel Required) Duration: Approximately 7 Weeks What You'll Do: Deliver instructor-led training sessions for employees across multiple field locations Facilitate engaging classroom learning focused on system navigation, time entry, and business processes Adapt training delivery to accommodate varying technical skill levels and learning styles Address participant questions and elevate business-specific concerns as needed Track attendance, complete project documentation, and maintain training records Partner with program leadership to ensure a consistent, high-quality learner experience throughout the deployment What You Bring: Experience delivering instructor-led training for ERP, HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or other enterprise software platforms Background supporting software implementations, technology rollouts, or change management initiatives Strong classroom facilitation, presentation, and communication skills Ability to quickly learn new systems, applications, and training materials Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Comfortable presenting to groups of various sizes and technical backgrounds Ability to travel locally within an assigned geographic territory Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Workforce Software, SAP, Oracle, Workday, UKG/Kronos, ADP, or SAP SuccessFactors Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience in change management, organizational readiness, or enterprise transformation projects Exposure to utility, manufacturing, construction, logistics, or other field-based operational environments.
