About the Position

OB/GYN Physician | Twin Cities, Minnesota

Join an established women's health practice in the Twin Cities that is expanding to meet patient demand. This full scope OB/GYN opportunity offers an employed position with a pathway to partnership, a 1:7 home call rotation, and an ASC based surgical model designed to support a long term practice.

Position Highlights

Established Practice: Join a growing women's health team adding an OB/GYN due to patient demand
Partnership Track: Begin in an employed role with the opportunity to pursue partnership
Full Scope OB/GYN: Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
ASC Based Surgery: Perform most surgical procedures in an ambulatory surgery center

Schedule & Call

1:7 home call rotation with a 30 minute response time
Additional compensation available for extra call coverage
Mix of clinic and OR time
Schedule flexibility based on experience and clinical interests

Guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentives
Negotiable sign on bonus

$5,000 CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

Board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
Comfortable providing full scope OB/GYN care
Interest in a long term practice with partnership potential
