Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Wound Care to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized wound and ostomy care to diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize advanced wound care techniques and equipment effectively.
• Educate patients and families on wound care management and best practices.
• Monitor patient progress and document care using Epic charting system.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in South Carolina or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Wound Care RN.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (WOCN).
• Experience working in a Level 1 Trauma and Teaching Hospital preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is required.
