Key Responsibilities Own the full project lifecycle for interior fit-outs—from pre-construction design reviews through commissioning and hand-off to operations. Coordinate general contractors, specialty trades, and third-party engineers to keep cost, schedule, and quality targets on track. Review drawings, specifications, and budgets, flagging risks early and driving value-engineering where appropriate. Track progress across several sites, produce weekly executive dashboards, and lead on-site walks to validate safety and quality standards. Champion mission‑critical requirements (MEP redundancy, high‑density cooling, structured cabling) to ensure facilities are ready for high‑load compute environments. Guide readiness for integrated systems testing and final commissioning, ensuring a seamless turnover to facilities and reliability engineering teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and standardizing best practices across the project portfolio. Skill & Experience Profile 8–12 years of construction project‑management success on data‑center, life‑science, or other mission‑critical interior build‑outs. Proven record delivering multiple projects in parallel, each exceeding $10 M in fit‑out scope. Deep knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor administration, and change‑order negotiation. Comfort working in hybrid environments—splitting time between office collaboration, job‑site oversight, and occasional travel to peer facilities. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar discipline (or equivalent field experience). Familiarity with commissioning processes, quality‑assurance plans, and OSHA/ NFPA 70E safety protocols is highly desirable.
