Entry Level MIG Welder

Job Description Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring entry-level MIG Welders for a well-known and respected manufacturer in Perrysburg, OH. Position Overview: As a MIG Welder, you'll play a key role in the production of custom automotive racks used by top OEMs. You'll work with a dedicated team in a clean and organized facility, using MIG welding techniques to produce high-quality components. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity with room for growth. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation ($17/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shift: 1st Shift: 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays. 3rd Shift: 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Overtime on Fridays. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding to fabricate and assemble automotive racks Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Inspect welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstation Work collaboratively with other welders, fabricators, and supervisors Follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements and Qualifications: At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or completion of welding training program Must be able to pass a welding skills test Own welding helmet with speed lens required Must wear steel-toe boots Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for full 10-hour shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality About Cardinal Staffing At Cardinal Staffing, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
