You’ll be: Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues. Managing customer accounts, including collections, posting payments, and maintaining accurate records. Handling sensitive information related to loans, banking, and credit. Utilizing strong analytical skills and sound judgment to address complex situations. Communicating effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing. Using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to complete daily tasks and documentation. Ensuring compliance with all State and Federal licensing requirements. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or GED (required). Possess advanced interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate strong analytical ability and sound judgment. Are proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Have experience working with loans, banking information, and credit (required). Bring relevant experience in collections, posting payments, or sales (preferred).
